We are building a secure parent/student portal directly within AiMS that connects to the existing marketing, pipeline, and workflow modules. It will go far beyond the average SIS to give your families a fully customized experience. This will truly make AiMS an all-in-one marketing and admissions platform without the need for 3rd party integration.
This will give you the ability to view if a document has been opened and viewed. You'll be able to get email notifcations, such as:
- Time when family opened a document
- Log of family activity on documents and applications
- Which page did they look at the longest
Ability to add even more custom fields, color-code cards based on activity, and highlight opportunities based on status (ie. unread messages, inactive, etc...)
Inside the secure parent portal, have forms/surveys to gather feedback from families, which will attach to their contact record.
Right now, we can add countdown timers to landing pages. Soon, we will add the same timer to email campaigns to boost urgency and conversions.
Have the ability send emails at the best time/day based on contact's activity/ engagement (ie. open, click rates)
Take your courses with you everywhere. Soon, we will have an AiMS app to house courses, video library, and interact with the community.

To improve conversions you will have the ability to display the form first, and the calendar second. This way you can capture the visitor's information even if they don't commit to a date/time on the calendar.
Currently, for families to select a particular meeting location (ie. on campus or virtual), this must be done as a calendar group with multiple calendars. This new feature will create a simpler dropdown option during booking on one calendar.
As you use ChatGPT within AiMS, it will automatically remember previous conversations to maintain a consistent style, tone, and structure of your content within emails, landing pages, and workflows.

We're thrilled to announce an improvement we made in Email builder integration to ensure seamless experience in Workflows! With this update, users can now both save changes and save them as new templates when using the Email Template Builder within Workflows. Now, you don't have to navigate away from the workflow builder to update email templates.
Schools are able to utilize the Documents & Contracts trigger to trigger a workflow for use cases based upon the change in the state of a document. This will allow schools to update opportunity tags, sending an invoice, attaching tags to contacts, or maintaining any record through after the Document has been sent/signed by one of the recipients or completed by all participants.
Sent - Triggers the workflow when the document has been marked as Sent by the school
Viewed - Triggers the workflow when the document has been viewed by anyone apart from the school user who sent it
Signed/Accepted - Based on the condition that it has been signed by one of the recipients of the document (Useful in case of multiple recipients receiving the document and the school needs to maintain a record whenever any recipient has signed/accepted it)
Completed - Triggers the workflow when the document has been signed by all recipients who received the document
Now you can built Smart Lists based on contact engagement score. Easily see a dashboard of all of your contacts who have achieved a defined engagement score. This will provide a clear view of the contacts to follow up with.
Now you can see the tags, notes, tasks and upcoming appointments on the opportunity card (when hovering over the card element), within the pipeline view. This will allow you to see "information at a glance" without needing to click into an opportunity to view this information.
